Job Description
                        The Milton Keynes clinic is open 6 days a week and the successful candidate will be working 5 days out of 6, rotating their weekend shift with the other reception staff. Flexibility is essential as the clinic is open to 20:00 (8pm) 3 days a week and so some late evenings will be required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
	- Responsible for the effective co-ordination of the patients and patient administration within the clinic.
 
	- Company Administration.
 
	- Administration for Patient Records.
 
	- Answering the phone.
 
	- Meeting and greeting patients.
 
                        
                     
                    
                        Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
                        Ideally from a reception, administration or similar customer service background, you will be delivering a high-quality customer focused service to our patients as well as being able to deal efficiently with internal administrative matters. The ability to multi-task, priorities and be responsive to changing business requirements is essential.
	- High level of competency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
 
	- Confidence and ability to handle potentially difficult patient related situations.
 
	- To respect the need for patient confidentiality and always strive to provide the highest levels of customer service.
 
	- Some knowledge of CQC regulations within an independent clinic setting would be beneficial although full training will be provided.
 
	- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
