Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Credit Controller used to monitoring financial metrics, identifying any areas of concerns where necessary and with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and external accounts.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring financial metrics with your accounts, including but not limited to credit limits, credit exposure and chasing outstanding payments
• Cash postings
• Ensure accounts are compliant with the companies requirements
• Provide proof of purchase to prove activity payment claims
• Respond to account queries, share business news and updates to accounts
• Build and maintain business relationships
• Monitor sales volume, quarterly performance reviews and identify areas of concern

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Cash posting experience necessary
• Experience of working in Real Estate is desirable
