Job Description
- Proactively contacting customer accounts by email and telephone and ensuring prompt collection of outstanding debts.
- Updating notes from customers and recording all collections in finance system
- Sending out daily invoices and credit notes when requested
- Recording and reporting queries
- Identifying and escalating of any problematic debts on accounts to Credit Control Manager
- Working towards target of debt collection set by Credit Control Manager
- Ensuring customer payments are updated and accurate
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Around 3 years+ experience within credit control
- Excellent attention to detail and a natural communicator
- Prior experience in retail and global markets would be highly advantageous
- Navision experience and very strong excel skills.
- A "can-do" positive attitude - happy to help your customer and colleagues when required.
