Inputting orders for trade industry efficiently and accurately on system,
advise trade customers of out of stock/discontinued products, method
including telephone, fax, post and email.
SAP/Cicero/Microsoft outlook.
Administer all trade customer returns.
Undertaking adhoc activities
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good planning, organizational and prioritizing skills
A good knowledge of stock inventory systems
Ability work to specific deadlines
Good communication
The ability to investigate systems' failures and issues
Excellent attention to detail
Competent IT user - Excel, Word, Outlook
