Job Description
                        You'll be enthusiastic and motivated and with a background in reservations or administration within a travel company. The role's priority is to support the sales team's and MD with bookings, amendments and documentation.
Responsibilities:
	- Provide administrative support for bookings generated by the sales team and MD.
 
	- Assist the sales team with the preparation of itineraries.
 
	- Manage client customer service calls
 
	- Check confirmations from suppliers to ensure booking and confirmation matches.
 
	- Act as the quality control point prior to documentation dispatch
 
	- Take responsibility for problem solving in a professional and diplomatic manner to maintain customer service levels.
