Job Description
                        Applicant will be organized, friendly and professional and able to communicate well with clients and students alike.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
	- Taking calls and making appointments on e-Clinic
 
	- Taking payments and consolidating takings for the day
 
	- Meet and greet of clients and students
 
	- Providing answers and feedback on all emails and social media messaging platforms
 
	- Ensuring client consultation forms are stored correctly, in line with GDPR regulations
 
	- Assisting the Manager as required
 
	- Ensuring the reception and waiting area are clean and stocked appropriately

Contract position – 3 months’ probation period (successful candidate will be offered to stay on)
40hrs per week – includes weekend work
