Job Description
- - To deal with enquiries on the daily basis over the phone and email
- - To be the key liaison for orders end to end for both external and internal stakeholders
- - To deal with the sales process from initial enquiry to order placement into CRM system
- - To arrange collections, returns and deliveries
- - To coordinate with warehouses for stock movements
- - To ensure customers receive high standard of service
- - To promote the company’s products
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- - Previous experience in Export Sales Administration and/or Logistics is essential
- - Excellent organisational skills and attention to details
- - Confident telephone manners with excellent communication skills
- - Good IT skills and experience with CRM system
