Job Description
Talent Acquisition Advisor Duties:
- Build relationships with Hiring Managers, key stakeholders and wider business areas to be seen as a subject matter expert
- Leading briefing meetings with Hiring Managers. Advising on market information, hiring strategy and processes
- Ensure recruitment processes are inclusive for all applicants, and provide diverse shortlists
- Advertise all roles internally and externally, deciding on an appropriate route to market
- Work closely with our Employer Brand Specialist, creating bespoke campaigns to support recruitment requirements and attract talent
- Actively sourcing talent through job boards and Linkedin Recruiter, engaging agencies where appropriate and necessary
- Shortlist and present to Hiring Manager, booking in interviews and supporting in interviews where necessary
- Candidate management; ensure all candidates receive a positive experience throughout, regardless of outcome
- Obtain right to work and proof of address documentation from candidates to support the vetting process
- Meeting set KPI around: time to hire, cost per hire, candidate experience (NPS scores)
- Identify new opportunities and deliver projects to maintain continuous improvement
- Ensure the Applicant Tracking System and Vacancy Report are maintained and up-to-date. Send out monthly Vacancy Report update to the wider People Team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Successful Talent Acquisition Advisor candidate:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment - ideally from an agency background.
- Communicate effectively dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to work under ambiguity and think on your feet.
- Administration experience - confident using Microsoft suite.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Passionate about candidate experience, putting people at the heart of everything you do
