Job Description
Providing administrative support including typing, formatting and copy-proofing documents from reports, drawings and meeting minutes
Answering and fielding all incoming calls and emails
Managing the office calendar; scheduling internal meetings
Taking minutes for internal meetings and external site visits (when required)
Assisting with IT support
Managing company marketing platforms including social media and website
Financial responsibilities including monitoring the online bank account, paying bills and expenses, project invoicing and credit control
Providing HR and Training support and assisting with recruitment campaigns
Data protection lead: ensuring the business is adhering to GDPR
Receiving incoming and coordinating outgoing post
Maintaining adequate supplies of stationery and other office facilities
First Aider, Senior Fire Marshall
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous office management/administrative experience in a standalone role
Highly competent user of Apple Mac computers
Microsoft 365 (Outlook; Teams; SharePoint; Word; Excel, Forms)
Xero (basic knowledge)
Additional knowledge of Total Synergy (project management and invoicing); WordPress and Adobe (Acrobat, InDesign and Photoshop) would be advantageous
Strong communication, organisational and planning skills
Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision
Willingness to support and assist change
Interested in continual learning
Flexible (willingness to work overtime when required)
