Job Description
                        The successful candidate should be friendly, naturally organized and have a keen eye for detail. You will have relevant experience in administrative duties and will possess excellent IT and communication skills, a clean driving license and have access to a vehicle would be a huge advantage!
You will need:
	- To Provide a warm welcome and provide hospitality to all office visitors – with a smile!
 
	- Answer incoming phones in a polite and helpful manner
 
	- To look after the office space and ensure the safe and effective running of the office
 
	- To assist the Office Manager with any office issues including but not limited to reviewing and efficiently dealing with issues of breakages, tidiness and cleanliness
 
	- To ensure stationery is well maintained and stocked up
 
	- To ensure that the kitchen areas are tidy, and that office supplies such milk, tea, & coffee and any other essential kitchen consumables are always available
 
	- To manage daily post, incoming and outgoing
 
	- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff
 
	- Ensuring that signing in and out sheets are checked daily
 
This is a permanent position, ideally looking for 30 hours minimum a week, but these hours can suit the needs of the successful candidate and can be discussed on application. Working hours are normally 9-5pm Monday – Friday. Free parking on site – based in City Centre!
