Inductions for new starters, including training packs and start dates
Mailbox management and telephone duties
purchasing and ordering office supplies
General clerical duties, including electronic filing, ad-hoc reporting, diary management, arranging meetings and coordinating appointments.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered for the position, candidates must:
Have experience of working within a similar role (not essential)
Highly organized
Have a good level of IT literacy
Possess a flexible approach to work
Have the ability to use their initiative and manage their workload
Have strong communication skills and the ability to work with all areas of the organization.
