Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent technical legal skills derived from experience both as a legal advisor and managing lawyers/paralegals providing legal advice;
• Management responsibilities for the Commercial Contracts team (currently 12 lawyers/contract analysts) which supports various jurisdictions in EMEA;
• Overseeing the Commercial Contracts function on day-to-day transactions with customers;
• Supporting the team with various escalations whilst conducting legal review and risk analysis.
