                        Job Description
                        The Global Payroll Manager will be responsible for:
	- Responsible for the group payroll function and managing the payroll team of 5
 
	- Overseeing the year end payroll including submission to tax authorities
 
	- Oversee the relationship with external international payroll providers
 
	- Business partnering and building relationships with the wider group nationally and internally
 
	- Responsible for process improvement to ensure the smooth running of the payroll function
 
	- Hybrid working with an expectation to be in the office for at least two days per week
