Key responsibilities:
Testing of IT delivery and output
Responsible for building a new high profile quality management and assurance function
Ongoing monitoring, sampling and testing of the IT delivery output and outcomes against expected quality standards
Set quality standards/Quality protocol
Escalation point for all quality risk/issues/defects
Knowledge of ISO Standards ( 9001, 27001, 20000, 38500)
Knowledge of control frameworks ITIL and Cobit
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
