Job Description
                        The main responsibilities of the role is to support the finance team in the smooth running of the finance function, this is a broad role and touches upon all aspects of accounting – financial reporting, tax, management accounting etc. and assists with the oversight of corporate service providers.
	- Manage the approvals for the account payables process
 
	- Prepare and maintain quarterly budgets/cash flows for our entities
 
	- Assist in the quarterly distributions and drawdowns, keeping up to date records
 
	- Prepare calculation of recharges for the management company
 
	- Review of waterfall reports as prepared by service providers
 
	- Review our entities quarter-end management accounts
 
	- Assist in the management of annual audit process with financial auditors
 
	- Assist with review of annual IFRS financial statements
 
	- Assist with technical accounting issues with corporate service providers
 
	- Assist with Company Filings on an annual basis for several entities
 
	- Assist with US tax accounting at year end as required
 
	- Answering Ad Hoc queries from service providers
 
	- Assist in preparing reports for Group CFO and team as required.
