• Conducting detailed financial reviews and due diligence investigations;
• Assisting in preparation of presentations and marketing initiatives;
• Preparing business plan and in-depth market analysis;
• Assisting with sale and purchase mandates, mbo and mbi assignments;
• Assisting with the preparation of valuation reports;
• Assisting with debt and equity raisings;
• Financial modelling;
• Report writing;
• Transactional services background advantageous;
• Working with other deal team members across work streams on live transactions; and
• Liaising with clients, capital providers, private equity and professional services firms

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• ACA qualified or equivalent.
• previous experience in corporate finance, investment banking or audit department;
• excellent communication and market research skills; and
• Industry or banking experience with an interest in returning to a professional services environment.
