Job Description
                        As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
	- Full P&L ownership of a functional area, department or business unit of modest size.
 
	- Provide support to Service Line Leaders and Operations team by preparing and presenting monthly financial forecast, reporting packs with astute commentary, analysis and identified actions
 
	- Support the development and preparation of the annual budget
 
	- Utilize and disseminate operational metrics to drive financial performance
 
	- Manages a departmental team around execution of functional activities and/or process improvements.
 
	- Strong capacity to communicate actions, implications of data and drive action.
 
	- Must be an excellent team player and provide leadership to team members.
 
	- Individual and team contributor, responsible for their own & others work within their functional area.
 
	- Perform other reasonably related duties, analysis and special projects as assigned
 
	- Lead and manage the team within the function
 
	- Provide effective management support through your management team to deliver a high performing culture and delivery
 
	- Carrying out all relevant line management responsibilities including performance reviews, goal setting, development plans and annual compensation processes within budget and agreed parameters
 
	- Leading and managing across the organization by empowering and coaching them to deliver their key objectives.
 
	- Drive a clear talent management strategy to achieve successor ready leadership within the group.
