Job Description

• Coach mentor and support a team of 4 reports
• Drive improvements and efficiencies within the finance team
• Oversee sales ledger, purchase ledger, credit control and payroll
• Internal and external reporting and supporting the wider management team
• Review and manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparation of monthly management accounts including forecasts
• Regular cash flow forecasting
• Point of contact for external audits
• Support the preparation of statutory accounts
• Adherence to accounting standards and awareness of changes that could impact the business
