Job Description
                        The hours for the role are from 08:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 18:00 on a shift basis (decided in advance)
	- Provide a high level professional client facing service for all clients, staff and visitors to the Firm
 
	- Arrange taxis, couriers, parking and other such services as required.
 
	- Manage incoming post, courier and deliveries efficiently.
 
	- Answer and direct calls at a busy switchboard.
 
	- Manage the booking of meeting and conference rooms and arrange catering as required.
 
	- Manage and direct appropriately all ad hoc queries from callers and visitors.
 
	- General administration duties associated with working on a busy reception desk.
 
	- Other ad hoc tasks as required.
