Job Description
Administration and collection tasks associated with repayment arrears
Contacting default customers via telephone/letter
Negotiating with customers to achieve resolution of arrears
Maintaining client records
Adherence to company and regulatory guidelines
Ability to manage and priorities workflow
Working in a fast-paced team environment
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Display strong administrative capabilities
The ability to pay attention to detail
Computer literate with good keyboard skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, including a good telephone manner
Good organizational skills with a proven ability to priorities tasks
Previous experience of working in a recovery environment is essential
QFA or APA qualified or working towards qualification desirable
