                        Job Description
                        
	- Work from planned rotas, which may eventually include sleeping-in support shifts
 
	- Be part of a team that provides 24-hour personal care and enabling support
 
	- Developing the daily living skills of the people you support to gain greater personal independence
 
	- Keeping individuals free from any form of harm or abuse
 
	- Following all support, policy, process and regulatory guidelines at all times
 
	- Attending and participating in team meetings, required e-knowledge and training
