	- Providing financial reports and information to the Board of Directors.
 
	- Support in the preparation of annual budgets and longer term financial forecasts.
 
	- Ensure full compliance and deadlines are met.
 
	- Reconciliation of bank statements.
 
	- Preparation of monthly management accounts and balance sheet.
