Job Description

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include:

• To support the Site Operations and Management teams with reporting, data analysis and administration
• Responsible for the generation and distribution of productivity reports for both the site and our customer including KPI reporting
• To work and liaise with Operations and Site Management to ensure sufficient resource levels are maintained
• To support the Warehouse Operations in Performance Reviews and 1-2-1's.
• Maintain data on our internal systems
• Support with administration of employee and agency worker hours

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We need from you: Experience in an administration role. Proficient in the use of MS Office. Ability to produce statistical data and analyze reports. Experience working within a Supply Chain Environment (desirable).
