Job Description

Reporting to the CEO your duties will entail:

• Producing monthly management accounts
• Financial modelling and business planning
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Dealing with banks
• Liaising with investors
• Producing information memorandums (IM) for fund raising
• Dealing with auditors, lawyers and corporate financiers
• Business partnering the CEO

This role would suit a hands-on financial controller looking for their first finance director position or a commercially minded practice trained accountant looking to move into industry. This role comes with a competitive basic salary, a results-based bonus and potential share options.
