Due to this being a startup function the first 5 accounts staff members will be offered a full study support cover to help them grow and develop with the business. With the scope to be a senior member of the company.

The following attributes are considered essential for this role:

• Between 1-2 years experience
• Reconciling Supplier Statements
• Resolving supplier queries
• Processing staff expenses
• Bank reconciliations

You will be involved with the following:

• Processing the Weekly payment run via BACS
• Processing both Accounts Payable & Receivable Invoices
• Month End Reconciliations
• Reconciling staff credit card expenses
• Allocation of money received
• Closing Ledgers

You will gain responsibility for:

• Multi-Currency Exposure
• VAT returns and Calculations
• Accruals and Prepayments
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Processing Journals
