                        Job Description
                        
	- Increasing HR team work productivity (screening calls, interacting with candidates, editing presentations and documents);
- Managing schedules (meetings and interview scheduling, travel and event arrangements);
- Completing administrative processes (filing, e-mail correspondence, application tracking system data entry and interview tracking, expense reports, purchase orders);
- Recruiting preparation and organization (copying, organizing, and archiving meeting / support materials; coordinating event catering);
- Responding to candidate inquiries;
- Assist with miscellaneous HR projects (enrolment paperwork, vacation balance, HR enquiries, health & safety, etc.);
- Hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
                        A levels required, college degree preferred; Prior work experience as an Administrative Assistant required, HR experience preferred; Proficient in MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Excellent oral and written communication skills; Professional telephone and interpersonal demeanor; Ability to maintain confidential information, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion; Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage a wide variety of tasks independently; Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines; Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality; Candidates must possess work authorization for their intended country of employment.
