                        Job Description
                        
	- Manage and maintain internal databases capturing data from outreach projects
 
	- Manage ICEC social media platform
 
	- Outreach programme coordinator. Work with local the local community and local institutions to reach out to individuals & families in crisis
 
	- After care service. Reach out to families after the referral is received, act as the main point of contact for any questions and concerns
 
	- Build up relationships with local partners to allow families to get required support if not available in house.
 
	- Help move to a paperless office
 
	- Ensure all documents are kept up to date such as DBS, H&S, staff details
 
	- Attendance tracking
 
	- End of day banking
 
	- Cash management; from donations & fundraisers
 
	- Ensure cash and cheques are banked on a timely basis
 
	- Other ad hoc duties such as filing, printing, posting & taking calls
