As a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor you will:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in the day to day supervision of the restaurant
• Work alongside the restaurant team in a hands on capacity serving guests
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Learn & understand the restaurant menu’s
• Prepare drinks in the bar
• Make cocktails & make coffee
• Stock & replenish the bar
• Maintain extremely high standards of cleanliness & organisation
• Take pride in your work & surroundings
• Maintain all legal requirements
