                        Job Description
                        
	- Process sales orders
 
	- Communicate with customers predominantly via email on the progress of their order
 
	- Raise Manufacturing orders
 
	- Identify out-of-stock items and establish new despatch
 
	- Provide Quotes and estimated delivery dates on request from Customers.
 
	- Provide shipping information to the customer once order despatched.
 
	- Booking couriers for export
 
	- Invoicing
 
	- Create credit notes
 
	- Process requests for return of goods and update customer accordingly as well as reporting via the correct channels
 
	- Complete reports, daily, weekly, monthly using Excel
 
	- Obtain weights/dimensions/shipping quotes
 
	- Liaise with Finance team for approval

	- Order processing
 
	- Positive and can-do attitude
 
	- Strong system processing capability and good data accuracy
 
	- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
 
	- Strong Customer service background
 
	- Attention to detail
 
	- Good IT skills including use of databases and spreadsheets
