Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Update calls and information on internal systems
• Liaise with stakeholders 
• Log client communication and follow communication through to resolution
• Investigating, researching and collecting relevant information
• Make sure that email inbox is managed effectively 
• Chase third parties for updates to ensure deadlines are met
• Scanning and photocopying as directed.
• Prepare basic reports 
• Liaise with colleagues regarding updates and data collection.
• Answer telephone and assist clients with enquiries.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with good IT skills who is keen to learn and can pick up new skills quickly.
