                        Job Description
                        Main Duties:
	- Liaising with customers by telephone, email and video call
 
	- Carrying out regular meetings and customer account reviews
 
	- Proactively updating customers regarding order progress
 
	- Taking ownership of customer complaint resolution
 
	- Ensuring that customer requirements are met by liaising between internal departments
 
	- Working on own initiative, whilst seeking support when required.
 
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
	- A confident communication style, able to relate to people at all levels.
 
	- A background within a similar role, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
 
	- A working knowledge of export paperwork
 
	- Strong problem solving skills
 
	- Outstanding attention to detail
