	- Assisting with some marketing activities and creating eshots and newsletters using Microsoft Publisher & Powerpoint
- Arrange company events and sponsorship days
- Answering busy switchboard and emailing messages where necessary
- Ensuring all office supplies are ordered
- Providing Reception cover - meeting and greeting Clients/customers
- Booking Staff Training Courses
- Amending and updating the client database
- Booking hotels and travel for staff
