Job Description

Global property business, headquartered in London, are currently looking for a Senior Property Accountant. This role will pay £45k to £50k, will report in to the Finance Director and will manage a small team.

This business is going through a huge period of growth and as such require a new addtion to the team.

The main responsibilities are:

• Ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for all leased buildings including P&L, balance sheet.
• Preparation of property accounts for overall company financial statements
• Preparing and reviewing budget and forecasts for all UK properties
• Working closely with Property Managers and acting as Lease Accounting expert on all matters.
• Management and development of small team
• Reconciliation and management of all lease payments

Candidates must be / have:

• Qualified / Nearly Qualified Accountant
• An understanding of, and experience in, lease accounting
• Up to date understanding of IFRS16 changes and development
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
