A mid-size Central London-based M&E Contractor are looking for a Junior/Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

They are a well-established contractor with a great track-record of developing employees working on high-spec Commercial sector projects within London.

The ideal candidate will have current/recent experience within a similar role and be looking to develop their career.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting in carrying out monthly valuations
• Prepare and monitor project cash flow
• Contract Administration
• Agreement of subcontract & supplier accounts
• Cost reporting
• Value engineering

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Degree-qualified/relevant experience • Current M&E QS experience in contracting • Varied project portfolio • Commercially minded • Excellent communication • Ambitious open for development
