Job Description

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• The full manufacturing output of the business including Production, Quality, HSE and Maintenance.
• Driving through efficiencies via lean and continuous improvement techniques.
• Optimising the manufacturing processes to full capacity ensuring it can cope with the continued growth of the business.
• Mentoring and development of the manufacturing team, upskilling and bringing through talent.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Have worked in an Operations Manager position or equivalent in a high-end manufacturing facility. Be driven, inquisitive and always striving to improve. Have previous supervisory experience within a plastic manufacturing environment Be technically minded with an ability to scrutinise and utilise numbers and data. Have managed significant team numbers within a manufacturing facility.
