	- To provide a confidential and personal service to the Headteacher
- To act as an ambassador for the school and Headteacher in all matters
- To manage the school office, administrative team including reception to
- ensure a high quality administrative performance for the school and a
- welcoming and professional “front of house” service
- To lead on safer recruitment, administration of admissions and liaison
- with LA admissions team, personnel administration and HR (in liaison
- with the MAT HR provider)
- To liaise with the Headteacher and KAT FD and Finance Officer on
- Payroll information on staff and basic day to day financial
- Administration including POs and Invoices from the Academy
Knowledge, experience and training
	- Considerable secretarial/word processing skills with clear working
- knowledge of Word for Window and Excel.
- Knowledge and experience of whole school procedures, organisation
- and structure so that work can be prioritised and synchronised with the
- requirements of the Headteacher and the school.
- Experience of a busy and sometimes pressurised office environment.
- Good level of education – A level standard/L3 or equivalent, with typing
- (e.g. GOOD speeds wpm), possibly shorthand skills and Audio Typing.
- Proven tact and diplomacy in dealing with adults and children.
- Experience of SIMS
- Experience and understanding of safeguarding procedures, personnel
