                        Job Description
                        
	- Carry out a detailed, end-to-end case review over the telephone and other methods of communication
- Record accurate information regarding customers claim
- Analyze a claim to establish if it satisfies conditions.
- Organize and manage workload
- Carry out required administration relating to the claim
- Ensure every client claim is processed with as much information as possible i.e. thorough fact finding
Essential/Desired Skills
The successful candidate must have;
	- Excellent communication via telephone and written form
- Excellent listening skills
- Proven track record in the field of insurance, preferably in a claims environment
- The patience and ability to engage customers in a polite and friendly manner
- The ability to question effectively to identify client needs
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and sound reporting skills.
Working Hours are Monday – Friday with variable shift patterns of;

Experience:
	- Claims Handling: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Duties:
	- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Work remotely:
