                        Job Description
                        The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of administrative tasks which requires excellent organizational abilities. The role involves regular use of Word, Excel and Outlook, so competent IT skills are essential.
	- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Updating and creating internal documents
- Scanning and filing documentation
- Ensure website and social media is up to date
- Supporting buying team, including raising purchase orders
- Ad-hoc administrative support to production and stores team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: DOE + Pension

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
                        Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent phone manner. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages. You must be self-motivated, able to work on your own and priorities your workload. You must have previous experience working in an administrative role.
