Job Description
Duties of the role will include:
- Chasing debt via the telephone and e mail, this is all business to business
- Dealing with all queries in connection to the Credit Control both internally and externally
- Working with the Sales Ledger department, dealing with copy invoices and queries
- Setting up payment plans with customers
- Building relationships
- Query resolution
- Customer Account reconciliation
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The right candidate for the role will have over 2 years Credit Control experience. You will be a self starter and heave good time management skills.Reference no: 24435
