Job Description

This is an integral role and key duties will include:

• Contacting customers by telephone and email regarding the outstanding payment of invoices
• Resolving customer queries
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Sending legal letters
• Assessing credit risk
• Credit checking and ongoing review
• Producing debtor reports
