                        Job Description
                        
	- Purchase ledger duties;
	
		- process all supplier invoices on Sage 50 Accounts
 
		- complete monthly departmental reconciliation
 
		- complete monthly departmental costings
 
	
	 
	- Processing weekly and monthly payrolls using Sage 50 Cloud Payroll
	
		- Issuing documents for employees including payslips and P45 forms.
 
		- Understanding legislation surrounding tax, National Insurance, Real-Time Information and Auto Enrolment pensions.
 
	
	 
	- Process weekly Hudson Contracts for Sub-contractors
 
	- Assist with sourcing and ordering of materials for site operatives
 
	- Part of a small finance office team, answering telephone calls and email queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
 
	- Other office duties as and when necessary.
 
What you'll need to succeed
	- Essential experience in Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Cloud Payroll
 
	- Experience or knowledge of the construction industry desirable
 
	- Strong IT skills, including demonstrable skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes
 
	- Excellent organisation skills and possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
 
	- Be an effective communicator and able to develop good working relationships
 
	- Hands-on approach with a willingness to become involved at all levels
 
	- Willingness to be flexible as well as reliable
 
	- Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise workloads and work within tight deadlines
