                        Job Description
                        We are looking for an individual who is:
	- Part qualified or looking to complete their qualifications (ACCA/ACA/CTA)
 
	- Experienced with working in a small firm, and has done so for 2+ years
 
	- Has basic to advanced payroll experience in Bright pay or other software
 
	- Able to work with multiple clients simultaneously
 
	- Able to deliver under pressure
 
	- A good communicator, both written and verbally
 
	- Experienced working with VT Transaction + and Xero
 
The position:
	- Preparing financial statements for limited companies, LLP’s, partnerships and sole traders from trial balance stage and incomplete records
 
	- Preparation of the tax computations and returns
 
	- Review of annual accounts, VAT returns, EC sales, management accounts and management reports
 
	- Communicating with clients to build rapport and to ensure queries are resolved satisfactorily
 
	- Preparing periodic accounts on time, budgets and reviews, and financial forecasts
 
	- Active adherence to budget and timetable, bringing matters to the attention of the Manager, particularly when actual time is in excess of budget
