Reporting to the Managing Director, the Bookkeeper will predominantly work on managing day to day accounting and finance requirements, ensuring that deadlines are met. You will cover all aspects of organising transactional finance whilst pulling together periodic reports for management review. Your responsibilities will include:
Bookkeeping to trial balance stage.
Bank recocniliations.
Journal processing.
Producing reports including:
Profit & Loss
Balance Sheet
Debtors & Creditors
Preparation of VAT returns.
Use of financial software including Xero and Microsoft Excel.
