Job Description
                        The role entails the delivery of a high-quality service to our clients on a wide range of accounting and taxation matters. More specifically, the responsibilities will include:
	- Act as an advisor on all matters relating to taxation to ensure our clients tax liabilities are optimised.
 
	- Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, limited liability partnerships and limited companies.
 
	- Preparing self-assessment tax returns for individuals, partnerships and trusts.
 
	- Preparing Corporation Tax returns for limited companies.
 
	- Preparing VAT returns for individuals, partnerships and limited companies.
 
	- Maintaining tax records for our clients and ensuring all accounts, tax returns and tax payments are submitted on time.
 
	- Responsibility and management of an Account Assistant
 
	- Maintain detailed and up-to-date knowledge of all current tax legislation and other matters which might impact our clients

Skills and experience required:
	- Previous experience working as an Accountant or Tax Manager.
 
	- Hold industry qualifications
 
	- Experience working with a variety of different sole traders, partnerships, limited liability partnerships and limited companies.
 
	- Has a high level of analytical skills and a commercial approach to resolving issues and providing advice.
 
	- Excellent IT Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
 
	- Has strong interpersonal skills in addition to strong oral and written communication skills.
 
	- Has integrity, discretion and understands the importance of confidentiality.
 
	- Is able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
