                        Job Description
                        
	- Day to day responsibility for all customer led operations
- Management of a small team of Order Processors, Customer Service Advisors & Sales Administrators
- Ensure service levels are maintained with all customers, taking corrective actions around under-performance
- Ensure order processing levels are maintained and remain accurate at all times
- Take ownership for stock levels, ensuring forward demands can be met and long and short term customer needs are planned for
- Regularly review operating procedure and making changes where required to improve efficiency and service levels
- Provide all team members with regular training, development and 1-2-1's
- Work with senior stakeholders within the business to drive performance and ensure business wide objectives are achieved
