Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

Independent expert / fair value reports,
M&A valuation reports,
Purchase price allocations,
Intangible asset and intellectual property valuations
Responsibility for fundamental financial analysis, peer group comparison and report publication.
Creation of valuation models for DCF and capitalisation of earnings
Valuations for forensic and litigation purposes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Candidates will have strong valuations experience or a keen interest in pursuing a career in valuations. You will ideally be a qualified accountant or CFA. If not, we will also consider candidates with a strong finance background. Strong interpersonal and client facing skills are key.
