                        Job Description
                        Work with customers verbally and via email to ensure orders and support queries are dealt with promptly, proactively and to a high standard 
	- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to process orders and resolve issues
- Analyse billing data and provide feedback to clients
- Update customer records such as inventory information, contact details and general database
- Perform general day to day administrative tasks as required
- Ensure account specific process requirements are adhered to and followed accurately
- Always aim to provide a first-class level of service to all accounts
