Job Description
A global real estate services firm is currently looking for a qualified accountant to join their Central London office. They are seeking a Statutory Reporting Accountant to primarily manage the group and UK statutory audit processes. The company has a presence in over 50 countries, providing services of property, facilities and project management and other services.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of statutory accounts for the UK entities
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Create efficiencies through continuous improvement of processes ensure effective controls are maintained
- Prepare quarterly reporting pack for shareholders ensuring compliance with group policies and the production of accurate, consistent and timely information
- Manage direct reports to ensure they are reaching their full potential Please apply if you are an ACA/ ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant with at least two year's post-qualification experience looking to make a step into a fast-paced organisation.
- Real estate experience is desirable. It is crucial to have strong technical accounting skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
