Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload onto Sage the online and trade sales orders
• Take orders, process and add to the system - training will be provided
• Book using the online CRM system courier / pallet deliveries to send and track orders
• Organise same day couriers
• Logistics administration - supply of tracking information to eBay and Trade customers on a daily basis
• Request shipping quotes and liaise with the sales team
• Report and escalate any shipping issues that occur
• Answering telephone queries when required

• Able to prioritise workload
