                        Job Description
                        Day to day responsibilities of a Recruitment Administrator with Adversa Recruitment:
	- Send compliance and pre-employment documents to candidates
- Request pre-employment and compliance documentation including references from third parties via email and telephone
- Maintain electronic filing systems for data gathered on candidates and clients under GDPR guidelines
- Maintain internal databases and CRM system
- Data Entry and updating databases
- Create administrative/recruitment reports and spreadsheets as required
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Organise, store and print company documents as needed
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Handle queries relating to administrative functions from managers and employees
- Update office policies and ensure compliance with them when required
- Assist Operations Director when required with additional administrative duties
- Actively promote Adversa’s values and commitments at all times

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
                        6 months’ experience of working within administration Eligibility to work in the UK Minimum of 3 GCSE’s A-C Valid UK Driving Licence
